SMALL GROUP TRAINING
There is a small garage gym on Gray Blvd. in Austin, TX where all the magic happens.
Barbell 101 is a small group that learns the basics of the snatch and clean & jerk. We will work through progressions and get you comfortable with the Olympic lifts. This class lasts for 8 weeks.
A new class is starting this Fall.

Once you complete Barbell 101 you are ready to join a class.

Small Group Classes: 4-5 people. We focus on functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting and strength and conditioning.
Wednesdays 6:45AM
Fridays 6:45AM or 8AM
$250 month

Olympic Weightlifting Classes: We focus on exercises that strengthen the snatch and clean & jerk.
5:30 AM Mondays & Wednesdays
$225 month
